NFTs meet
stocks.
The planned HOODES Stock Vault turns the 5,555-NFT collection into a future rewards engine: hold an eligible NFT, activate it with a fixed amount of $HOODES, and become eligible for recurring distributions in supported tokenized stocks—not more $HOODES.

Five clear moves.
The intended user journey is defined. Exact activation amounts, boost formulas, reward assets, cycle timing and eligible regions will be published before the Stock Vault opens.
Keep one or more eligible HOODES NFTs in the wallet connected to the vault.
Pay the fixed published $HOODES amount for each NFT. Funds route to the disclosed on-chain treasury.
Your active NFT count places you in the base band or a 5, 10 or 20-NFT crew-boost band.
After activation, optionally add more $HOODES to increase that NFT's published reward weight.
Eligible wallets can receive supported tokenized-stock assets during announced distribution cycles.
Activation packs.
Milestone boosts.
Activate 1, 3, 5, 10 or 20 NFTs at a time. Reward power does not rise through a hidden multiplier with every NFT—the category boost changes only when an active-wallet milestone is reached.

One to four active NFTs remain in the base band. The first crew boost begins at five; higher bands begin at 10 and 20. Final weights and caps will be public before activation starts.
Activate once.
Boost by choice.
An NFT must be active before it can be boosted. Optional additional $HOODES can increase its published reward weight for the stated period—without replacing the wallet's milestone category.
Fixed $HOODES cost per NFT unlocks its base vault position.
REQUIREDAdd more $HOODES to an already-active NFT under published caps and duration.
OPTIONALBase position, milestone category and optional boost determine eligible pool weight.
FORMULA PUBLISHED FIRSTSeveral inputs.
One visible pool.
The planned dashboard will show what entered the system, the disclosed split between treasury, operations and rewards, which stock asset was selected, and what was distributed.
Fee contribution
A planned portion of eligible protocol fees, subject to the final contracts and disclosures.
Fixed $HOODES activation payments route to a visible treasury address under a published allocation policy.
Additional $HOODES used for boosts follows a disclosed split and can add to the reward engine.
NFT revenue and future product earnings join the engine only when their source and share are public.
Tokenized stocks.
Not $HOODES.
Each cycle is designed to identify the funded amount, selected supported stock asset, eligibility snapshot, distribution window and on-chain history.
Holding an NFT or spending $HOODES does not currently create a right to rewards. Tokenized-stock products may be restricted or unavailable depending on provider, asset and jurisdiction. Final access requires legal review, compliant partners, audited contracts and published terms.
